VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!
Dear TPOs,
Please ask students who haven’t register to register for the event at earliest.
The reporting time to our Hinjewadi office premise is 9:00 AM
Please note:
Last
week inspite of informing TPOs / College authorities about reporting
time well in advance, some colleges failed to reach at 9:00 AM. Since they were late we couldn’t allow them to entire our premises.Let us not make students suffer due to this.
Being
a working day, you will encounter heavy traffic from Hinjewadi flyover
to our office which is in Phase one. Taking that thing into
consideration I would suggest you leave early!!!

Following
instructions should be strictly observed by the students
1. IT
IS PREASSUMED THAT YOU ARE READY TO OBEY THE INSRUCTIONS GIVEN.
2. ALL
STUDENTS HAVE TO ASSEMBLE AT KHARGHAR
STATION BY 5:30 AM SHARPLY, ON 26h February 2016.
3. IT
IS COMPULSORY TO CARRY THE COLLEGE
IDENTITY CARD.
4. STUDENTS
ARE REQUESTED NOT TO CARRY ANY VALUABLE
ITEM AND HAVE TO TAKE CARE THEIR OWN BELONGIGS.
5. STRICT
ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THE INDIVIDUAL WHO DOESN’T ABIDE BY THE RULES OR
MISBEHAVES. PUNISHMENT WILL BE IN FORM
OF FINE OR DEBARRED FROM THE COLLEGE OR BOTH.
6. STUDENTS
HAVE TO MAKE THE ARRANGEMENT OF FOOD AND WATER DURING THEIR JOURNEY PERIOD IN
THE BUS.
7. STUDENTS
ARE REQUESTED TO CARRY MEDICINES IN CASE
ANY MINOR HEALTH PROBLEMS.
8. CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR AND SMOKING
IS STRICTLY PROYHIBITED. STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF ANYBODY FOUNDS.
9. STUDENTS
GROUP LEADERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GROUP MEMBERS ACTIVITIES AND HAVE TO TAKE
CARE OF THEIR GROUP.
